Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Integration Specialist to join the team with one of our top financial services clients located in Dallas, TX. This person will support technology integration efforts for M&A transactions, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, post-close stabilization, and long-term integration planning. Day to day, they will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, infrastructure, workplace technology, legal, compliance, procurement, and business stakeholders to manage integration plans, track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, and prepare executive-ready status updates and decision materials.
They will also support assessments across infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, IAM, vendors, and operating models while helping improve integration playbooks, templates, reporting, and governance processes.

- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager
- Experience with technology M&A integration, post-merger integration, or large-scale technology transformation
- Understanding of enterprise technology environments, including infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, IAM, cybersecurity, and workplace technology
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting
- Experience creating status reports, executive presentations, and decision materials
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
- Experience with technology due diligence for acquisitions or divestitures
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, technology risk, compliance, privacy, or control remediation
- Experience with system migrations, application rationalization, legacy-system retirement, or technology convergence
- Experience improving integration playbooks, templates, metrics, and governance processes
- Ability to travel as needed
