We are seeking a Dynamic Content Optimization (DCO) Project Manager to lead and manage digital advertising projects focused on dynamic content delivery.

This role involves coordinating with cross‑functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of DCO initiatives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and developers to drive efficient workflows and optimize campaign performance.

• Manage and oversee all dynamic content optimization (DCO) projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
• Provide clear and actionable requirements to development teams
• Communicate project risks, issues, and blockers to leadership in a timely manner
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track project status and ensure alignment
• Support training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives related to DCO processes
• Ensure timely execution of projects in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital process or project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Familiarity with ad‑serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager or similar tools
• Knowledge of digital advertising formats including display, video, and mobile
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities

• Experience with Innovid (formerly Flash talking)
• Familiarity with agency or studio operations and email data tagging
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront or similar systems
