The North Dallas Gazette is seeking a certified Mar Tech Developer to build an automated distribution and sales ecosystem centering around Word Press and You Tube.

• Configure a Word Press plugin (like FS Poster) to auto-publish custom text formats simultaneously to Blue Sky, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Link a Word Press contact form via Zapier to Less Annoying CRM, while simultaneously triggering a 3-step advertising drip campaign inside our Fire Drum email system.
• Connect Many Chat to our Meta business accounts for an automated “Comment-to-DM” newsletter subscription funnel.
• Build a centralized Google Looker Studio dashboard streaming live metrics from all 5 social channels alongside Fire Drum email campaign data.

Required:

Expertise in Word Press APIs, OAuth authentications, Zapier webhooks, Many Chat, and Looker Studio.

Project Overview

The North Dallas Gazette (NDG) is looking for a Marketing Operations (Mar Tech) Engineer or Full-Stack Word Press Developer to consolidate and automate our digital ecosystem. Everything centers around our Word Press site () and our You Tube channel (NDG Video Channel). We do not want heavy middleware like Buffer; we want direct, automated publishing and robust sales funnels.

Core Scope of Work (Deliverables)

• One-Stop Social Auto-Publishing:
  Set up an auto-poster tool (like the FS Poster plugin) within Word Press. Authenticate secure API connections to Blue Sky, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube. When an editor publishes an article on Word Press, it must simultaneously and natively post tailored message formats to all 6 channels.
• Automated Advertising Sales Funnel:
  Create an inbound lead form on our site. Connect it via Zapier/Webhooks to our CRM (Less Annoying CRM). Simultaneously, map it to our email platform (Fire Drum) to trigger a 3-step automated follow-up sequence (Media Kit delivery, 48-hour check-in, 5-day layout deadline alert).
• Audience Engagement Bots:
  Configure Many Chat with our Meta suites. Create a “Comment-to-DM” trigger. When users comment a keyword (like ‘READ’ or ‘SUBSCRIBE’), the bot must immediately DM them a trackable link back to our Word Press subscription portal.
• Centralized BI Analytics Dashboard:
  Build a one-stop Google Looker Studio report. Connect native live streams for Blue Sky, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube metrics. Integrate a tracking sheet to pull in our daily Fire Drum email dispatch stats (opens, clicks).

Required Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of Word Press Core, API integrations, and OAuth profile authentication.
• Strong proficiency with Zapier, inbound/outbound webhooks, and CRM automation.
• Experience setting up social automation rules (Many Chat).
• Advanced capabilities building clean, scannable marketing reports in Google Looker Studio.
