The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable,high-growth cloud consulting company in Dallas, TX to hire an Entry-Level Implementation Analyst.

This is an exciting opportunity to join aforward-thinking team dedicated to helping businesses improve and grow through the strategic implementation of cloud computing solutions.

Schedule:

Full-Time | On-Site

• Liaise extensively with external and internal clients
• Analyze clients’ existing systems and business models
• Mapand document interfaces between legacy and new systems
• Identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability
• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems
• Develop solutions and related product configurations
• Prepare project feasibility and costing reports
• Present proposals to clients
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Ensure project budgets are maintained and deadlines are met
• Develop,oversee, and document testing schedules for complete systems
• Oversee data migration during the implementation of new systems
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data
• Auditdata and system modules as needed
• Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
• Planand work flexibly to meet deadlines
• Support users with change control and system updates
• Stay current with technical and industry developments

• Bachelor’sdegree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Experience working with large datasets and numerical analysis
• Experience with business process mapping

• Ability to interpret numbers, trends,and data accurately
• Exceptional attention to detail and advanced mathematical skills
