Mary Kay University is our
10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. Your ideas matter here. From application development and data analytics to cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and digital platforms, our team members help employees and the independent sales force stay connected, productive, and successful.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees:
  Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Data Science, or similar

• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional verbal/written communication skills
• The ability to collaborate with other roles and teams
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel and Word
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, APEX, or .NET
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Basic understanding of business requirements such as gathering process, business analysis, analysis/problem solving
• Artificial Intelligence knowledge (preferred, not required)
• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships arelocatedat our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
