* Four-Week Company-Paid Sabbatical Eligibility After Five Years of Service The Manager, Business Solutions is responsible for leading and delivering complex, technology-enabled business initiatives that support Ryan’s service lines and enterprise platforms. This role manages cross-functional projects, oversees solution design and implementation, and ensures high-quality delivery of client and internal solutions. The Manager serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to drive operational excellence, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.

* Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
* Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
