We are seeking a skilled Talend Developer with strong expertise in Test Data Management (TDM), healthcare data processing, SQL development, and modern data integration platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions, support healthcare data transformations, build test data provisioning capabilities, and contribute to automation initiatives supporting QA, UAT, performance testing, and development teams.

Talend Developer

• Design and develop ETL and data transformation solutions using Talend Data Integration and Talend Data Mapper.
• Process and transform healthcare transaction formats including X12 (834, 837), JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel files.
• Develop reusable test data generation, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data solutions.
• Analyze healthcare data domains including Membership, Claims, Providers, Eligibility, Encounters, and Authorizations.
• Collaborate with Data Support, QA, UAT, and Application teams to identify opportunities for automation and self-service capabilities.
• Support modernization and cloud migration initiatives involving healthcare data platforms.

• Strong experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Data Mapper modules.
• Experience processing healthcare data formats including X12 (834/837), JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Java and/or Python for custom transformations, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and supporting healthcare data integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data structures including claims, membership, provider, eligibility, and encounter data.
• Experience with synthetic test data generation, masking, and subsetting techniques.
• Experience supporting Test Data Management (TDM) platforms and self-service test data solutions.
• Familiarity with Service Now or other ticketing and workflow management platforms.

• Experience with Talend Cloud and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git Lab, Dev Ops, and deployment automation.
• Experience supporting performance testing and large-scale synthetic data generation.
