Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Insurance Agent. It is also available in other states. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, educating clients about available products, processing insurance applications, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
The role may also involve maintaining relationships with existing clients and generating new leads to contribute to company growth.
- Expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to guide clients and recommend appropriate policies
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance concepts to assist customers in making well-informed decisions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client queries and deliver a positive customer experience
- Active license in insurance as required by state regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using insurance software or CRM platforms is a plus
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
