In this vital role, you'll be responsible for managing insurance processing tasks, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines, and supporting both internal teams and external customers with insurance-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workflow for hazard and flood insurance processing.
• Review insurance tracking vendor reports and follow up on missing renewal policies.
• Ensure timely payment and processing of escrowed insurance accounts.
• Respond to borrower inquiries and resolve escalated insurance issues.
• Process incoming insurance mail and provide documentation to vendors.
• Monitor and update exception systems and assist with departmental audits.
• Ensure force-placed insurance is handled accurately and on time.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance or loan servicing.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standard insurance practices.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
