* Workers’ Compensation Claims Coordinator
**

Dallas, TX | 3-Month Contract | up to $26/hr. | Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Coordinator for a three-month contract assignment with a great company in Dallas.

The office is conveniently located near the Galleria, Dallas North Tollway and I-635. This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m.

If you have hands‑on workers’ compensation claims experience and enjoy keeping the moving pieces organized—from the initial claim through medical care and return to work—this could be a great fit.

* What you’ll be doing:**

  • Coordinate workers’ compensation claims from initial filing through follow‑up and resolution.
  • Work directly with employees, supervisors, medical providers and insurance adjusters.
  • Monitor treatment, medical restrictions and employee work status.
  • Coordinate light‑duty and transitional work assignments.
  • Partner with managers to help employees return to work safely and successfully.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential claim files, documentation and reporting.
  • Help ensure claims are handled in accordance with applicable workers’ compensation requirements.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on workers’ comp processes and procedures.

* What we’re looking for:**

  • 3+ years of hands‑on workers’ compensation claims experience.
  • Experience handling claims across multiple states/jurisdictions.
  • Corporate Risk Management or Claims Coordinator experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with a Risk Management Information System (RMIS) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations and basic insurance principles.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel;
    Power BI experience is helpful.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating with employees, managers, medical providers and insurance adjusters.
  • Someone proactive, dependable and able to keep multiple claims and priorities moving at once.

3-month contract assignment
