Senior Broker (SVP) – Transaction Risk Team
We are conducting a retained search on behalf of a leading broking house and risk manager for a Senior Broker (SVP) to join their Transaction Risk team. You will focus on structuring and placing representations & warranties insurance policies for private equity funds and corporate clients.
Responsibilities- Experience in the R&W insurance market
- Ability to structure and place representations & warranties insurance policies for private equity and corporate clients
- Proficiency in underwriting and broker functions within the R&W insurance market
