We are looking for a mature, detail-oriented, and high-precision professional to join our operations and compliance division.
Role Objective:This is NOT a traditional cold-calling sales position. You will act as the "operational closer" and compliance guardian of our agency. Your mission is to take advanced cases from our book of business, verify coverages, and process the final issuance of ACA (Obamacare), Medicare, Supplemental, and Life Insurance policies, ensuring every file is perfectly bulletproof under the latest CMS Final Rules.
Key Responsibilities:Policy Processing & Issuance:
Review submissions from the sales team, confirm accurate coverage options, and formally issue policies through carrier portals.
CMS Governance & Compliance:
Meticulously validate that every client account meets current CMS guidelines (properly archived consents, correct eligibility documentation, etc.), especially during peak renewal seasons.
Data & Excel Management:
Manage, cross-reference, and update complex client databases in Excel to ensure seamless portfolio tracking and zero missed renewals.
High-Precision Data Entry:
Transcribe personal and health data into insurance systems quickly, efficiently, and with zero typographical errors.
Qualifications:
The candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
Legal Status:
Must be legally authorized to work in the US (W-2 employment).
Insurance Licensing:
Must hold an active US Life & Health Insurance License or have the immediate willingness to obtain/activate it upon hire.
Advanced Office
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, data cross-referencing, handling large client sheets).
Insurance
Experience:
Solid knowledge of enrollment portals, the Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA/Obamacare), Medicare, and deep familiarity with CMS Final Rules.
Core Competencies:
High typing speed and accuracy, extreme attention to detail, professional maturity, and excellent self-management.
