As a senior member of the IAS Claims function, the Head of Third‑Party Claims provides strategic leadership and oversight for all third‑party liability and financial lines claims programs. This role is responsible for claim outcomes, stakeholder engagement, claims governance, market relationships, and talent development across a broad range of liability exposures.

The Head of Third‑Party Claims establishes the strategic direction for the third‑party claims function, ensuring consistent claim handling, effective escalation management, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with broader organizational objectives.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to portfolio company leadership, brokers, carriers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders while partnering closely with the Head of Claim Operations to drive operational excellence, reporting transparency, and continuous improvement across the claims organization.

The position supports the ongoing development of global claims standards and best practices while ensuring strong coordination across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

This position is based out of Revantage's office in Dallas, TX.

• Establish strategic priorities and objectives for third‑party claims programs across casualty, workers’ compensation, and financial lines exposures
