Zurich North America is hiring a Claims Specialist I to join our Auto Direct Markets Claims Team. You will interpret, investigate, and evaluate auto policies and coverage issues while mastering claims handling and industry best practices.
This hybrid role supports reporting to one of our NA Claims offices (Atlanta, Addison TX, Schaumburg IL, Omaha NE). You will own claims from start to finish, manage auto liability, PD, and garage keepers losses, and build partnerships with customers and brokers.
