Dallas Reading and Language Services is looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team in Dallas. We are open to both full‑time and part‑time clinicians.
Competitive Pay:
Annual compensation typically ranges from $60,000 – $90,000, depending on experience, schedule, and role structure, with opportunities for performance‑based bonuses.
Full‑time and part‑time flexibility:
Clinicians who want a full caseload as well as bilingual SLPs who may only have limited availability are welcome.

About the RoleAs a bilingual Spanish‑English SLP, your responsibilities include:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations in English and Spanish
- Provide pediatric speech and language therapy
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals
- Help families understand evaluation results and therapy recommendations
- Maintain treatment notes, progress reports, and required documentation
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Spanish‑English bilingual skills
- CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and documentation skills
