We are representing a prestigious, global law firm that is seeking a 3rd to 6th year associate to join their dynamic Corporate practice in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney with experience in working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies, particularly on M&A transactions, capital raises, and securities offerings.

• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements, including operating and partnership agreements.
• Advise clients on private equity transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings.
• Manage the day‑to‑day needs of portfolio companies, including strategic guidance and general corporate matters.
• Negotiate important transaction documents and handle M&A transaction documents.

• 3-6 years of experience in Corporate law, with a focus on private equity, M&A transactions, and capital markets.
• Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of complex deals and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.

Base Salary Range: $210,000 – $280,000/year (based on experience and qualifications). Discretionary bonuses may also apply.
