Litigation Attorney Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated litigation attorney who is willing to learn personal injury law. The candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to handle cases in a quick paced environment. The candidate will assist in handling all aspects of litigation, particularly in the context of commercial trucking and automobile cases.

Must be a team player, talented, dependable, and willing to go to the Courtroom. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.

Must be willing to learn and to have the ability to take and defend depositions, have excellent writing and research skills, and know how to draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

We are committed to retaining talented professionals; therefore; base pay will be competitive depending on experience with bonus/incentive pay will be a separate paycheck twice a year after achieving performance goals. Health benefits are also available. Please submit resume and cover letter.
