Salary $185,000 - $215,000 per year

Our client is an extremely well known and respected Personal Injury firm in Dallas.

• Reasonable caseload (40-50ish)

• Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death litigation cases, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Conduct thorough legal research to build strong cases and identify potential issues that could impact the outcome.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Advocate for clients in court and negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable settlements.
• Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies and prepare for trial.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring they understand the legal process.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and inform the team of any potential impacts on our cases.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Proven experience with litigation, legal research, and legal writing.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes favorably.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
