- The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to support its growing real estate and business litigation practice.
- This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases, handling substantive legal work, and working closely with clients.
- Handle real estate and business litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Manage title-related issues and disputes
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions
- Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy
- 4-6 years of litigation experience
- Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred
- Title work experience strongly preferred
- Experience with real estate and business litigation
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently
- Base salary range of $150,000-$180,000, depending on experience and overall fit
