Responsibilities- Trial of personal injury cases sitting first chair
- Mediations
- Draft and file petitions
- Prepare discovery
- Deposition preparation with plaintiffs, depositions of defendants, depositions of experts
- Ability to brief and prepare Managing Partner for mediations
- Review of expert affidavits, hearings, and trial transcripts
- Handle contested motions and write Stowers demands
- Negotiate settlements for litigation
- Research and synthesize relevant case law and statutes
- Provide excellent customer service
- Licensed Member, in good standing, with the State Bar of Texas
- Team-oriented
- Self-motivated individual who’s reliable and works hard & efficient
- Civil Litigation Experience
- Two years of trial experience at a personal injury law firm
- Experience serving diverse clientele, ie bilingual
- UBE Bar passage
- PTO
- Firm Holidays

- Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year
