Insurance Defense Attorney

Next Step Recruiting has joined hands with a remarkable Insurance Defense Law Firm seeking to hire multiple Attorneys who specialize in Insurance Coverage Defense. Our client has multiple offices throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona, and these positions will be fully remote!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas (dual license in other states is a huge perk)
• 4+ years of third-party insurance coverage experience
• Possess superior analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills
• Ability to provide coverage opinion writing samples
• Maintain an average of 160 billable hours per month
• Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
