Job Details
Support the General Counsel and collaborate with the legal team in managing legal operations related to real estate and corporate transactions. This role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining due diligence files, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution and closing of real estate deals.
Provide direct support to the General Counsel on legal mattersDraft, review, and manage legal documents including purchase agreements, leases, closing checklists, and other transaction-related documentsPrepare and coordinate closing documents for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venturesOversee post-closing activities such as tracking deliverables and filing executed documentsManage and organize due diligence materials and data rooms for property and corporate transactionsDraft and maintain corporate governance documents such as resolutions, consents, and meeting minutesAct as a liaison between the legal team and business units (development, acquisitions, asset management, etc.) to ensure legal requirements are metCommunicate with outside counsel, title companies, lenders, and other external parties to facilitate information flow and project completionAssist with insurance procurement and ensure coverage aligns with project and organizational needsCoordinate legal workflows and monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are metProvide general legal and administrative support for special initiatives and ongoing legal mattersQualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a ParalegalProven experience in coordinating projects and preparing closing documentsStrong knowledge of real estate laws and regulationsExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail, with the ability to review and manage complex documentsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, clients, and other partiesHow to applyIf you are an experienced Real Estate Paralegal looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we invite you to apply.
