They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their busy and thriving practice in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is committed to advocating aggressively for injured clients. This Associate will manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, with a strong emphasis on case development, negotiation, and trial preparation.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status and expectations.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
- Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with case managers and support staff to ensure timely progression of files.
- Provide compassionate, responsive representation to clients.
- Counsel clients on risks, settlement options, and litigation strategy.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism at all times.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- 1-5 years of personal injury experience preferred; trial experience is a plus.
- Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume docket efficiently.
- Demonstrated resilience, strong work ethic, and commitment to client advocacy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
