Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our detail-oriented services team in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on managing trademark-related matters, both domestically and internationally, and requires strong organizational and legal skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of handling complex intellectual property processes with precision. Responsibilities:

- Oversee the filing and prosecution of U.S. and international trademark applications, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

- Coordinate electronic filings and manage the complete lifecycle of trademark applications.

- Collaborate with foreign legal counsel to handle international trademark filings and meet country-specific formalities.

- Maintain and update trademark docket systems, while working with attorneys to plan and meet critical deadlines.

- Assist in domestic and international infringement cases by collecting evidence and creating tracking reports.

- Draft, review, and process assignment documents, ensuring adherence to global notarization and legalization standards.

- Perform research using trademark databases and online resources to gather essential information.

- Prepare and distribute client updates regarding regulatory developments and communications from foreign counsel.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on intellectual property law.

- Strong knowledge of trademark prosecution and filing processes, both in the U.S. and internationally.

- Proficiency in managing trademark docket systems and meeting strict deadlines.

- Experience working with foreign counsel and handling country-specific trademark requirements.

- Familiarity with conducting research using trademark databases and online resources.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage client correspondence and deadlines.

- Ability to draft and process legal documents in compliance with international standards.
