Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for an attorney who wants real courtroom exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with a firm that values advocacy and results.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Assist with trial preparation and trial proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive cases forward

• 1–3 years of experience handling personal injury litigation
• Active license and in good standing with the state bar
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable managing deadlines and multiple cases
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
