Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position in Dallas, Texas for an Immigration Attorney with significant experience in EOIR litigation.
Primary Responsibilities- Represent clients in removal proceedings before Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals
- Preparing and arguing motions, applications for relief, and appeals
- Developing litigation strategy in complex removal and post-order cases
- Drafting legal briefs and supporting documentation for EOIR and federal court matters
- Advising clients on immigration consequences, risks, and long-term strategy
- Managing a substantial caseload while maintaining strict compliance with deadlines
- Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure high-level case preparation
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience handling EOIR litigation, including individual hearings and appeals
- Strong knowledge of removal defense, waivers, asylum, cancellation of removal, and related immigration relief
- Demonstrated courtroom experience in Immigration Court
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple active cases with precision and attention to detail
- Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for licensure in Texas
