Litigation Paralegal

We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded litigation firm seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join their collaborative legal team. • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• Manage and maintain organized case files and ensure accuracy of all documentation
• Conduct legal research related to commercial litigation, legal malpractice, corporate, employment, and contract law
• Track deadlines, filings, and case progress to support attorneys and ensure timely completion
• Assist with trial preparation, hearing binders, and overall litigation support
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

• Paralegal certificate required or equivalent litigation paralegal experience
• Prior experience in a law firm environment, preferably supporting litigation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
