Lateral Associate - Real Estate

A law firm seeks mid-level and senior Real Estate associates to join their prominent and growing team in Dallas. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in areas such as mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, or development. Candidates with non-real estate transactional backgrounds will also be considered.

• Engage in mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions.
• Participate in joint-venture equity work.

• Experience in real estate or related transactional work.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
