Overview
Job . Attorney needed for a growing office in Dallas. Primary practice:
Commercial Litigation.
- Conducting thorough legal research to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategies for client representation.
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on regulatory compliance, litigation strategy, and contractual agreements.
- Representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings, including defending against negligence claims, litigating non-compete disputes, and handling construction defect claims.
- Drafting and reviewing a range of legal documents, such as hospital policies and procedures, employment agreements, and regulatory compliance plans.
- Advising clients on compliance with health care regulations, labor laws, and other governmental agency requirements.
- Managing a caseload of claims, including large-scale property loss lawsuits and third-party liability claims.
