Compensation: $210K+ DOE (lock‑step increases) + guaranteed EOY bonus + discretionary EOY bonus

A well‑established mid-size Dallas law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. This firm offers high‑quality work, direct client contact, and meaningful hands‑on experience across a broad range of employment matters.

The firm represents employers across numerous industries and provides comprehensive counseling and litigation support on workplace issues. The team handles everything from day‑to‑day personnel matters to complex employment litigation, including discrimination claims, wage‑and‑hour disputes, and regulatory compliance matters.

You will work with employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including:

• Advising businesses on personnel policies, compliance, and risk mitigation involving state and federal employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, NLRA, OSHA).
• Representing clients in administrative actions before agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, TWC, and NLRB.
• Defending employers in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage‑and‑hour litigation in state and federal courts.
• Supporting clients in developing workplace policies, handbooks, and compliance frameworks.

• 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage litigation matters and advise clients on compliance and risk management
• Comfortable working directly with business owners and HR leaders
