Construction Contracts/Transactional Law Attorney - Dallas or Fort Worth
An established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Fort Worth, Houston and Austin), with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Construction Contracts/Transactional Law Attorney to join their growing team in either Dallas or Fort Worth.
This is a full-time in-office position that comes with a suite of employee benefits. The firm also recognizes the importance of work/life balance and has an environment that embraces collegiality and collaboration.
Experience with complex transactions in the construction law sector will be considered a big plus.
The salary for this role will be top-market and competitive - commensurate with experience, and accompanied by generous performance-based bonuses. Business development and portables are incentiveized, but not required to fill the position.
Pay is competitive for an individual with similar experience. Remote hybrid flexibility may be possible in this role.

Skills And Requirements- Applicants must live in Texas (Dallas or Fort Worth)
- 3-20+ years' experience primarily on the transactional side
- Experience with sophisticated construction contracts/transactions a plus
- Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
- Desire to work alongside a collegial top-rated law group
- Professional, organized and collaborative
