Senior Litigation Paralegal

Ben Martin Law Group in a national plaintiff's firm, located in Dallas, Texas. We represent plaintiff's nationwide in complex personal injury cases. We are leaders in mass tort litigation and specialize in medical device and pharmaceutical device litigation.

We are hiring a Senior Litigation Paralegal.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Litigation Paralegal based in Dallas, TX. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings. Key responsibilities include managing case files, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and coordinating with clients, experts, and witnesses. The individual will also assist in trial preparation and provide administrative support as needed.

• Strong understanding of legal practices, including case file management, document preparation, and legal research
• Experience in coordinating with clients, preparing case materials, and providing litigation support
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting thorough legal analysis
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 5 years of relevant paralegal experience in litigation support
• Certification in paralegal studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of Texas court procedures is strongly preferred
• Must have strong communication skills, be emotionally grounded and able to effectively work within a team in a collaborative, and open manner.
