Corporate Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Associate located in Dallas, TX. The Corporate Associate will engage in day-to-day tasks such as negotiating and representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, providing legal advice on corporate and business matters, and collaborating with clients and other team members to ensure legal compliance and successful business outcomes.

• Strong understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, Finance and Real Estate Law
• Analytical Skills and Tax knowledge
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Ability to develop business
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas State Bar
• Previous experience in corporate law practice with at least 3 years legal experience at a law firm
