Associate Attorney- Real Estate

Quilling Selander seeks an associate attorney for its Real Estate Practice Group. Good academic credentials and strong references are required.

• Draft and negotiate loan documents.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Draft and negotiate leases.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts.
• Draft and negotiate JV agreements and other entity formation documents.

• 1 to 5 years of experience practicing real estate law.
• Prior (non-lawyer) experience in real estate, banking or finance is a plus.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.

• Experience analyzing, reviewing, editing, and drafting documents, as well as superior analytical skills.
• Must have demonstrated the ability to work with clients who demand excellence and be able to meet their expectations.
• A commitment to working ethically and always in the best interest of the client.
