Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation – Boutique Law Firm in Dallas
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000 – $160,000 plus year‑end bonus
- Billable hours: 150 monthly
- Fully in‑office schedule
- Firm pays 100 % of medical & dental insurance premiums
- 401(k) with 4 % firm contribution
- PTO starting at 13 days plus paid holidays
Practice Area Focus
- Commercial Litigation, with a focus on construction and home‑builder disputes
- 3–5 years of experience as an attorney in commercial/business litigation
- Construction law experience is a plus
- Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish with minimal hand holding
- Consistent job tenure (no job hopping)
