Class Action Litigation Counsel

A leading law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation and a strong interest in working on cutting‑edge class action matters.

• Defending class action lawsuits involving:
• Workplace privacy
• EEOC/DOL matters
• Wage and hour claims
• Statutory or common law privacy issues
• Products liability
• Managing complex cases and contributing to strategic litigation decisions.
• Producing exceptional written work product and legal research.

• Superior academic credentials and strong research/writing skills are required.
• Prior experience handling significant class action or complex litigation matters is strongly preferred.
• Bar admission in Georgia or Texas (depending on office location) is required.
