This is a hands-on role where detail, precision, and proactive communication make all the difference. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, confident in managing follow-ups, and committed to keeping matters moving smoothly.
Estate Planning Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support 2 - 3 attorneys within the Estate Planning practice
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate deadlines
- Proactively follow up to keep cases and tasks on track
- Organize files and prepare binders for meetings and client matters
- Review and assist with the preparation of legal documents
- Maintain structured workflow and accurate documentation
- 3 - 5 years of legal assistant experience
- Estate planning experience highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and ask questions confidently
- Proactive, self-directed working>
Experience with Court Alert is a plus
