We are currently seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our busy Finance Group in Dallas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated legal matters, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in our team, working closely with senior leadership to ensure we continue delivering exceptional legal services. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance law, preferably within a large law firm environment.
- A strong academic background, demonstrating a deep understanding of finance law and its practical application.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully drafting and negotiating complex financial agreements.
