Job DetailsThe firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate for its Dallas office to support a commercial real estate transactions practice. This role works closely with senior attorneys locally while also collaborating with colleagues nationwide on complex real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities & Experience- 2–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with property types such as retail, industrial, multifamily, and office
- Drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements (required)
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and mixed‑use developments preferred
- Exposure to pre‑litigation real estate disputes, affordable housing, land use, or zoning matters is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem‑solving skill
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
