Pharmaceutical Litigation Associate - Mass Tort (Hybrid, Dallas)

A premier, nationally recognized plaintiff firm-renowned for its success in mass torts, class actions, and complex litigation-is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Pharmaceutical Litigation team in Dallas, Texas. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote) offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, high-performing environment dedicated to achieving meaningful results for clients.

About the Role

The Associate Attorney will handle a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical device product liability cases from intake through resolution. This position offers substantive, hands-on litigation experience in a structured and supportive setting. Most cases are resolved before trial, allowing attorneys to gain broad case management experience while maintaining a balanced work schedule and minimal travel obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage pharmaceutical and medical device injury cases from intake to settlement
  • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and related motions
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and opposing counsel
  • Coordinate with bankruptcy trustees, probate counsel, and other third parties
  • Provide litigation and case management support to senior attorneys
Qualifications
  • J.D. and active bar membership in Texas
  • 0-3 years of litigation experience (mass tort, personal injury, or products liability preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with discovery, depositions, or settlement coordination is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
