Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Trial Attorney position located in North Dallas, Texas. The Senior Trial Attorney must have at least 10 years of experience, and will handle all aspects of case management, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing for and attending hearings, trials, and depositions. The role involves direct interaction with clients, experts, overseeing case strategy, and advocating in court to represent clients in medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.
The attorney will collaborate with the firm's legal team to deliver exceptional results and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.
- At least 10 years of expertise in medical malpractice trial law
- Proven experience with Plaintiff's-side depositions of physicians; must provide transcripts
- Extensive experience with trials and courtroom advocacy
- Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
