Our client, a well-established multi-location law firm
, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Dallas office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong eDiscovery and trial technology experience who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will partner closely with attorneys on complex litigation matters, supporting cases from intake through trial. This position plays a critical role in eDiscovery strategy, document management, and in-court trial presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Support attorneys on complex litigation matters, with a focus on eDiscovery, trial preparation, and litigation technology
- Develop and execute document collection, review, and production strategies
- Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors on electronic discovery, including imaging and analysis of data from computers and mobile devices
- Create and manage eDiscovery databases for document review and production
- Load, organize, quality-check, and format documents; resolve technical errors as needed
- Prepare privilege logs and manage compliant document productions
- Build and maintain OnCue trial presentation databases
- Provide technical support and present evidence during trial
- Organize and manage case materials throughout the litigation lifecycle
- Support case intake and provide ongoing project management assistance
- Stay current with litigation technology tools and eDiscovery best practices
- Review and process vendor invoices related to eDiscovery services
- 5+ years of litigation support or paralegal experience, with strong eDiscovery and trial support background
- Extensive experience supporting trial teams and managing courtroom technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Hands-on experience with litigation support software and database tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Paralegal certificate and/or degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
