Senior Counsel, Construction, Procurement & Operations

Bring your EPC skills to a fast growing next-generation data center and AI infrastructure company with global operations. This attorney will have meaningful ownership over sophisticated, high-value infrastructure projects and will be a key advisor on complex project development through construction, commissioning, and ongoing operational performance of the data centers. Hybrid role in DFW metroplex.

• Lead negotiation and drafting of major construction and procurement agreements, including EPC contracts, design-build agreements, master services agreements, master product agreements, and subcontractor contracts.
• Support procurement strategy, including vendor selection, supply chain agreements, and equipment sourcing arrangements.
• Advise Operations teams on ongoing contractor performance issues, warranty enforcement, defect remediation, and vendor disputes at operational data center sites.
• Must have U.S. law license and be in good standing.
• 8+ years of experience as an attorney, including at an AmLaw 50 law firm and in-house legal department.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage sophisticated counter parties and large contractor relationships.
