Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Dallas office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex litigation cases and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver outstanding legal counsel and representation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and represent clients in various litigation matters.
• Advise clients on legal risks, potential outcomes, and strategic approaches to litigation.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, with strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and manage tight deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
