Senior Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense

Seeking a Senior Attorney with 7 years of defense litigation experience (insurance defense preferred). Role includes full case management from intake through resolution—discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation. Must be able to evaluate case exposure, settlement and verdict potential, and provide timely, substantive reporting in compliance with client guidelines.

Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in Texas; strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Trial experience preferred but not required. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
