Paralegal - Commercial Litigation

Commercial Litigation Paralegal (Construction Defense) — 5–8 Years’ Experience

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in construction defense to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of litigation experience and the ability to manage complex case workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain trial notebooks, exhibits, and case files
• Manage e-filing in state and federal courts
• Handle heavy calendaring, including tracking deadlines, hearings, and court filings
• Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and case management
• Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Perform additional litigation support and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of commercial litigation experience, including construction defense
• Strong knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, and litigation timelines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency with legal software and document management systems
