Intellectual Property (IP) Dallas law firm is seeking a general IP paralegal with at least three to five years’ patent prosecution experience to support IP counsel. Duties include, but not limited to, preparing and filing documents at the USPTO for patent applications, auditing and managing portfolios to ensure patent applications comply with the patent prosecution process, assisting with internal review and analyzation of documents, conducting research, monitoring dockets, drafting responses to office actions, and providing general administrative support to attorneys.
REQUIREMENTS
Three to five years extensive patent prosecution IP paralegal experience.
