Pay: $155,000K to $170,000 + bonus eligible
A nationally recognized Dallas-based litigation firm is seeking an experienced Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes, complex intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. This is a hands-on, case-responsible role for someone who thrives in fast-paced trial environments.
What you’ll do:
• Manage complex IP litigation cases from start to finish
• Handle docketing, filings, document productions, and privilege logs
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Manage eDiscovery platforms and litigation databases
• Provide in-court and trial support (attendance required)
• Mentor and support junior staff
What we’re looking for:
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
• 5+ years of complex IP litigation experience (IPR a plus)
• Strong eDiscovery, trial prep, and organizational skills
• Flexibility for overtime and travel

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
