Experienced Litigation Attorney – Dallas, TX
A well-established civil litigation firm located in downtown Dallas is looking to add one or two seasoned attorneys to its litigation team. We represent clients nationwide and handle a wide range of complex disputes in both state and federal courts.
What We’re Looking For
We seek attorneys with 5- 10 years of hands-on civil litigation defense experience, particularly those comfortable managing cases from initial filing through resolution. Backgrounds in any of the following areas are especially valuable:
- Personal injury or premises liability defense
- Commercial or trucking accident matters defense
- Product liability cases defense
- Construction-related disputes defense
- Professional malpractice claims defense
Candidates should be confident in independently overseeing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, participating in mediations, and preparing cases for trial. Prior experience as first or second chair in trial proceedings is highly desirable. We are seeking experience on the defense side, not interested in plaintiff side backgrounds.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of defense litigation experience
- Active Texas Bar license
- Full-time availability (standard 8-hour schedule)
