This role will involve handling a broad range of sophisticated commercial disputes, including:

• Breach of contract and business tort claims
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation
• Fraud and fiduciary duty claims
• Complex real estate and financial services litigation
